Comparison

Veltra vs Helius for wallet trade history

Both return Solana trade data. They are priced for different jobs. Helius sells general-purpose Solana infrastructure and bills trade lookups at node rates. Veltra sells only wallet trade history and bills it at $0.01 per 1,000 trades. For the specific task of pulling a wallet's complete buy/sell history, Veltra costs about 1/50th as much.

What it costs

Helius Enhanced Transactions bills 100 credits per call, and credits run about $5 per million across the paid tiers, which is $0.00 per trade. Veltra is $0.01 per 1,000 trades, or $0.00 per trade. Both figures are per trade returned, so the comparison holds at any volume.

Common questions

Is Veltra a drop-in replacement for Helius?
No. Helius is full Solana infrastructure: RPC nodes, webhooks, DAS, staking, and parsed transactions of every kind. Veltra does one thing, wallet buy/sell trade history, across Solana and ten more chains. If you need an RPC node, you still need an RPC provider. If you only need trade history, you are paying node prices for a lookup.
How is the 50x figure calculated?
Helius Enhanced Transactions costs 100 credits per call, and credits run about $5 per million across the paid tiers, which is $0.0005 per trade. Veltra charges $0.01 per 1,000 trades, which is $0.00001 per trade. Dividing one by the other gives 50. The ratio is fixed, so it holds at any volume rather than only at a plan boundary.
Does Veltra cap how far back it goes?
No. One call returns a wallet’s complete history, first trade to latest, streamed as NDJSON so a large wallet arrives progressively instead of timing out. There is no page ceiling to work around.
Which chains does Veltra cover?
Solana, Ethereum, Base, BSC, Tron, Robinhood Chain, Hyperliquid, and Monad. One API key covers all of them and the response shape is identical on every chain.
Can I try it without a card?
Yes. The free trial includes 100,000 trades and requires no payment method.
