Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veltra Trade History API, dashboard, and related websites (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Veltra ("Veltra", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

Veltra provides a paid API and dashboard that return on-chain wallet trade history across supported blockchains. Data is aggregated from third-party sources and provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, and the Service is not financial, investment, or trading advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or free-trial allowances. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw API data as a competing data product.
• Exceed, evade, or interfere with rate limits, quotas, or other technical restrictions.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes, or to violate the rights of others or applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Billing, plans, and refunds

Paid plans (subscriptions and pay-as-you-go usage) are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscription fees recur each billing period until cancelled; usage-based and overage charges are billed for the trades you fetch at the rates shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

5. Free trial

We may offer a free trial with a capped number of trades. We may modify or discontinue the trial at any time. Abuse of the trial (including creating multiple accounts) may result in suspension.

6. API keys and usage

Your API key authenticates requests and is tied to your account's billing. Keep it secret; usage on your key counts toward your plan regardless of who made the request. We may rate-limit, throttle, or suspend keys that threaten the stability or security of the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Veltra and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of any application you build using the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Veltra's principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may designate a specific governing jurisdiction and venue as the Service grows, in which case the updated Terms will control. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
